Teacher – Health and Physical Education (K‑10)

About the role

Boddington District High School is seeking a passionate Teacher of Health and Physical Education for Kindergarten to Year 10. This is a six‑month fixed‑term, full‑time position starting as soon as possible, with the possibility of extension or permanent employment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess health and physical education lessons across primary and secondary year levels.
• Create an engaging, inclusive learning environment that supports the wellbeing and academic progress of all students.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and school-wide health initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of student achievement and provide constructive feedback.
• Participate in school meetings, professional development and community engagement activities.

Required profile

• Qualified teacher with experience in primary or secondary education.
• Student‑centred, enthusiastic and innovative approach to teaching.
• Strong commitment to high expectations and inclusive education.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a diverse student cohort.
