Tax Manager – Implementation & Reporting

About the role

Join Rest as a Tax Manager, Implementation and Reporting, responsible for ensuring investments are accurately implemented, operationalised and compliant with global tax obligations and reporting requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Translate approved tax structures into clear implementation instructions and oversee accurate set‑up of investments and tax attributes at inception.
• Manage foreign tax compliance obligations, oversee foreign tax agent performance and ensure timely filings and payments.
• Act as primary tax contact for custody investment onboarding, handling FATCA, CRS forms and withholding tax reclaims.
• Deliver tax data analytics and trend analyses to provide insights for Tax, Investments and Commercial teams.
• Maintain a standardised investment implementation framework with process maps, controls and clear accountabilities.

Required profile

• Demonstrated tax experience in funds management or a custodian environment.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and project‑management skills.
• Extensive data, financial modelling, research and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders and work effectively in a team.
