About the role

Stake is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join its People team in Sydney. You will own end‑to‑end hiring across a diverse portfolio of roles, initially focusing on Operations and Customer Success. The role offers the freedom to shape recruitment strategies while delivering high‑quality hires.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, building proactive local and global talent pipelines.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring clear communication, timely feedback, and a positive candidate experience.
• Utilise data, technology, AI and automation to improve hiring speed and decision quality.
• Provide market insights, challenge unrealistic briefs, and influence hiring decisions with evidence‑based recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in fast‑growing environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence hiring outcomes.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid setting, spending three days per week in the Sydney office.
