Talent Acquisition Internship

About the role

We are seeking European students for a 6‑month full‑time Talent Acquisition Internship in Sydney, supporting our international consultancy and recruitment agency. You will work closely with students and professionals to match talent with high‑growth SMEs.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise daily with candidates seeking work opportunities in Australia.
• Assist in drafting compelling job descriptions and sourcing candidates.
• Conduct first‑round interviews using our recruitment methodology.
• Promote job and internship offers and identify new recruitment channels.
• Contribute to marketing and communications, including visual content, articles, newsletters, and website updates.
• Support internal process‑improvement initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Currently studying Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Can‑do attitude with strategic thinking and hands‑on execution.
• Fast learner, proactive, detail‑oriented.
• Curious about the startup and innovation ecosystem.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
