People Services Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a People Services Specialist to join our People & Capability team in Adelaide. This role supports employees and leaders across the full employee lifecycle, delivering a high‑quality experience and contributing to continuous improvement of HR services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level HR advice and support day‑to‑day employee and leader enquiries.
• Prepare employment contracts, variations, letters and other HR documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding activities.
• Maintain employee data and support SAP SuccessFactors and related HR systems.
• Assist with visa and immigration administration, performance and talent management processes.
• Support employee wellbeing initiatives and the Employee Assistance Program.
• Identify and drive simplification, automation and self‑service improvements.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure an outstanding employee experience.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in HR administration, People Services or a similar role.
• Qualifications in Human Resources (Diploma or higher preferred).
• Strong organisational skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Experience using HR Information Systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
