Talent Acquisition Delivery Lead

About the role

MSS Security, one of Australia's leading security companies, is looking for an experienced and motivated Talent Acquisition Delivery Lead to oversee recruitment delivery across Victoria and Tasmania. The role focuses on driving recruitment performance, supporting and developing a team of recruiters and building strong relationships with operational stakeholders so that workforce needs are met. The leader also steps in to actively assist the team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support a team of Talent Acquisition professionals.
• Oversee recruitment delivery across Victoria and Tasmania.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, vacancies, pipelines and hiring outcomes.
• Partner with operational leaders to understand workforce requirements and priorities.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
• Drive recruitment campaigns, workforce planning and new contract transitions.
• Ensure recruitment processes, compliance and Workday records are kept accurate.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and performance reporting to stakeholders.
• Identify ways to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition leadership or a senior Talent Acquisition role.
• Strong background in high-volume, fast-paced recruitment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop recruitment teams.
• Experience managing recruitment KPIs and performance reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Required skills

• Experience with Workday or similar recruitment systems.
