P&C Coordinator

About the role

MSS Security, one of Australia's leading security companies, is hiring a P&C Coordinator in Victoria. Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, you will support a portfolio of Business Managers and their teams in a busy, varied role covering recruitment, onboarding, HR administration and employee relations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate high-volume recruitment and selection, including pre-employment medicals, credential checks and due diligence
• Onboard new starters: issue contracts, prepare documentation and run inductions
• Act as Workday Champion: manage data integrity, train users and resolve system queries
• Prepare contracts, variations and other employment documentation
• Manage visa and VEVO compliance checks and monthly casual conversion requirements
• Run programs such as Reward & Recognition, Employee Referral and the Start, Stay, Succeed retention program
• Support the State P&C team with Award/EA interpretation, investigations, grievances and ER matters
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on recruitment, learning and compliance
• Attend job fairs and RTO partner visits to attract new talent

Required profile

• Experience in high-volume recruitment
• Entry-level generalist HR experience
• A qualification in HR
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to build relationships with managers, operations teams and frontline staff
• Highly organised, able to juggle competing priorities and meet deadlines

Required skills

• Strong MS Office skills
• Quick to pick up in-house systems; Workday experience is a bonus
