Talent Acquisition Coordinator

MSS Security, one of Australia's leading security companies, is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruitment across its largest client contract. The role sits in a high-volume recruitment environment where organisation, initiative and the ability to think on your feet are key, and suits someone eager to learn and take ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for the largest client contract, from job advertising and interviews through to compliance and employment agreements.
• Proactively plan recruitment activity by monitoring workforce needs and attrition to stay ahead of current and future vacancies.
• Drive high-volume recruitment campaigns to meet workforce requirements and support operations across multiple sites.
• Serve as a candidate source and build talent pipelines for critical vacancies and across regional locations.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to prioritise vacancies and meet operational recruitment needs.

Required profile

• Full Australian working rights.
• Structured and organised, able to manage competing priorities and keep accurate recruitment records in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment campaigns at once.
• Results-driven, focused on recruitment KPIs and activity targets.
