Talent Acquisition Consultant – Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. You will act as a trusted talent partner, delivering end‑to‑end recruitment for mid‑ to senior‑level engineering and advisory positions while partnering closely with business leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for mid‑senior roles across engineering and advisory portfolios.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to design tailored hiring strategies.
• Source, engage and assess candidates using direct, market‑led and innovative approaches.
• Balance high volume and complex hiring needs while maintaining quality outcomes.
• Provide market insights, recruitment best practices and governance throughout the hiring process.
• Utilise recruitment systems, emerging technologies and process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in both in‑house and agency recruitment, preferably within engineering or advisory sectors.
• Track record of recruiting mid‑to senior‑level professionals.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing abilities.
• Ability to work at pace, manage competing priorities and deliver results.
• Commercial acumen and a solutions‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Workday (or similar ATS) proficiency.
• Experience with ATS platforms.
• Use of AI‑enabled recruitment tools and data‑driven insights.
