Talent Acquisition Lead – Capital Markets & Corporate Functions

About the role

JLL is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to design and execute a world‑class recruitment strategy for its Capital Markets, Leasing Advisory, Corporate Functions and Early Careers lines across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition APAC, you will act as a trusted advisor to business and HR leaders, driving innovative sourcing and delivering a market‑leading candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for senior and critical roles, applying a consultative, B2B‑style sales approach.
• Partner with business leaders to define candidate profiles, create value propositions and influence talent strategy.
• Build proactive talent pipelines, source passive and diverse candidates, and monitor competitor hiring trends.
• Champion JLL’s TA technology stack (Workday, HireEZ, HireBuddy) to improve efficiency, automate high‑volume hiring and generate data‑driven insights.
• Act as brand ambassador, designing recruitment marketing campaigns and promoting the employee referral program.

Required profile

• 10+ years of talent acquisition experience in corporate, RPO or agency environments, preferably within professional services, real estate, finance or consulting.
• Proven ability to source, assess and close diverse talent in fast‑paced, competitive markets.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of influencing senior leaders.
• Understanding of Australian and New Zealand labour laws; experience with campus or early‑career programs is a plus.

Required skills

• High proficiency with ATS platforms, especially Workday.
• Expert use of digital sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ and HireBuddy.
• Data‑driven recruitment analytics and dashboard reporting.
