Talent Acquisition Consultant

About the role

Lucid is expanding nationally and needs a Talent Acquisition Consultant to help attract the talent required for its next chapter. You will partner with leaders, build relationships with candidates, and shape the way Lucid engages great people.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and the People & Culture team to understand workforce needs and recruitment priorities.
• Source, screen and assess candidates against role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, pre‑employment checks and the end‑to‑end offer process.
• Maintain relationships with recruitment partners, job boards and industry networks.
• Manage systems, data and reporting to support effective hiring decisions.
• Contribute to People & Culture projects that enhance employee and candidate experience.

Required profile

• Strong recruitment expertise, either in‑house or agency, preferably with technical or professional services roles.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with leaders, candidates and colleagues.
• Proactive mindset, good judgement and ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Clear, confident communication with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Willingness to use technology, tools and AI to improve the recruitment experience.
