Talent Acquisition Consultant - Brisbane

About the role

Sodexo is looking for a full-time Talent Acquisition Consultant in Brisbane to support high-volume recruitment across a range of operational portfolios. The consultant moves between portfolios, projects and recruitment campaigns, gaining exposure to different parts of the business. The role suits someone who enjoys variety, adapts quickly and sees recruitment as more than just filling jobs.

Key responsibilities

• Juggle a busy portfolio of roles without dropping the ball
• Build talent pools before hiring managers realise they need them
• Partner with stakeholders to solve workforce challenges, not just fill vacancies
• Hold 20+ candidate conversations per week and quickly spot the right people
• Run assessment centres and meet candidates face-to-face
• Hunt for talent through LinkedIn, referrals and networking
• Manage onboarding, compliance and mobilisation so candidates are ready to start
• Improve recruitment processes and use data and market insights to influence decisions
• Create an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation to mobilisation

Required profile

• Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Talent Sourcing
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt as priorities change
• Strong stakeholder and candidate relationship building
• Takes ownership and is naturally curious and eager to learn
• Sees recruitment as a strategic function and wants to grow
