Talent Acquisition Consultant (3) & Recruitment Administrator (1) – Contract

About the role

We are looking for experienced Talent Acquisition Consultants and a Recruitment Administrator to support a high‑volume national graduate and intern hiring campaign. These contract positions will run for approximately 4‑5 months and involve end‑to‑end recruitment, stakeholder engagement, and candidate management in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end graduate and intern hiring campaigns across multiple business units.
• Partner with hiring leaders and internal stakeholders to coordinate assessments, interviews and selection processes.
• Maintain candidate engagement, communications and provide a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Support onboarding, program delivery and campaign reporting/analytics.
• For the Administrator: coordinate interview scheduling, onboarding, maintain recruitment systems and assist with documentation and reporting.

Required profile

• Previous experience in talent acquisition, graduate recruitment or early‑careers hiring.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to manage competing priorities.
• Consultant level: senior‑partner/advisor experience in high‑volume recruitment.
• Administrator level: highly organised with strong coordination capability.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced Excel.
• Experience with Oracle Recruitment Cloud or Oracle‑based recruitment systems.
• Familiarity with HireVue.
• Exposure to Jira or similar workflow/project management tools.
