About the role

Stryker is expanding its Talent Acquisition team across ANZ and is looking for proactive individuals to support high‑volume and hard‑to‑fill hiring projects. This role offers hands‑on experience in recruitment within a Fortune 500 medical‑technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Screen and assess candidates for high‑volume roles, ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
• Proactively source hard‑to‑fill positions using creative strategies and multiple channels.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Business Partners and hiring managers to deliver a seamless recruitment experience.
• Maintain accurate data and reporting in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Stay informed on market trends and sourcing best practices to continuously improve talent attraction.

• A people‑person who is naturally curious about candidate motivations.
• Adaptable multitasker able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
• Proactive sourcer who does not wait for applications but actively seeks talent.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn, SEEK or similar sourcing platforms.
