About the role

Stryker is expanding its Talent Acquisition team across ANZ and is looking for proactive recruiters to join a high‑performing, hybrid‑working environment. You will help shape recruitment strategies, source hard‑to‑fill talent and deliver a seamless hiring experience for high‑volume roles.

Key responsibilities

• Screen and assess candidates for high‑volume positions, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
• Proactively source hard‑to‑fill roles using creative strategies and multiple channels.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Business Partners and hiring managers to provide a smooth recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate data and reporting in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Stay informed on market trends and sourcing best practices to continuously improve talent attraction.

Required profile

• A people‑person who is naturally curious about candidate motivations.
• Adaptable multitasker able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
• Recruitment enthusiast with a passion for building relationships.

Required skills

• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn, SEEK or similar recruiting platforms.
