Talent Acquisition Business Partner

About the role

Ticketek Entertainment Group is seeking an experienced in‑house recruiter to lead the candidate experience across the organisation. You will partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to deliver end‑to‑end recruitment, shape talent strategy and enhance communication throughout the hiring journey.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver full‑cycle recruitment for a portfolio of roles, from role scoping and job ad creation to offer negotiation and onboarding handover.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HRBPs to define clear role overviews, selection criteria and timelines.
• Execute proactive sourcing strategies, including direct search, networks, referrals and talent pooling to minimise agency spend.
• Provide market intelligence and salary benchmarking to inform hiring decisions.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in the ATS and report on metrics such as time‑to‑hire, source of hire and diversity outcomes.
• Contribute to employer branding, careers page content and internal mobility initiatives.

Required profile

• Approximately five years of in‑house or agency recruitment experience across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Strong communication skills with a genuine passion for service and stakeholder influence.
• Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in hiring.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience using an ATS (Workable) and data‑driven reporting.
