Systems Administrator – Infrastructure & Security

About the role

As a Systems Administrator you will own and improve the core IT infrastructure across our Pacific & North East Asia businesses. You’ll ensure systems are performant, scalable and secure while providing Tier 2/3 support to multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Own and support core infrastructure across the PNEA landscape.
• Deliver Tier 2/3 support for infrastructure, network and applications.
• Manage servers, virtualisation (VMware ESXi), storage, backup and cloud environments (Azure).
• Drive patching, vulnerability management and security improvements using tools such as Rapid7 and SolarWinds.
• Partner with Group IT, vendors and internal stakeholders on upgrades and project delivery.
• Contribute to incident management, root‑cause analysis and system uplift.
• Operate in line with internal security, compliance and safety standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in systems/infrastructure administration within a medium‑to‑enterprise environment.
• Strong capability across on‑premise and cloud platforms.
• Solid troubleshooting across infrastructure, network and application layers.
• Exposure to cybersecurity, patching and vulnerability management.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
• Clear communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Nice‑to‑have: ITIL exposure or experience supporting infrastructure projects.
