Systems Administrator – Identity Services

About the role

Lendi Group, a digital mortgage and property finance business, is looking for a Systems Administrator to help maintain and improve its enterprise identity services. The role works across Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SailPoint and connected cloud and on-premises systems, keeping identity services and integrations secure, reliable and available. It is a hands-on position covering identity administration, infrastructure operations, troubleshooting and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain identity services across Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SailPoint, Windows Server-hosted services and Linux-based Virtual Appliances.
• Install, configure and maintain SailPoint IQService connectivity components on Windows Server, and administer Linux Virtual Appliances for secure identity provisioning between cloud platforms, directories and applications.
• Monitor service health, availability and performance, run health checks, controlled restarts and post-maintenance validation.
• Troubleshoot authentication, server, service and integration incidents across Azure and on-premises environments, using logs, workflow executions and connectivity data.
• Manage users, groups, access permissions, identity lifecycle operations and role-based access controls, and carry out User Access Reviews and audit evidence maintenance.
• Build and maintain identity workflows with Azure Automation Runbooks, Logic Apps, Functions, PowerShell, Python and Tracecat, including Hybrid Workers.
• Develop integrations using Microsoft Graph, REST APIs and scripting, and configure Azure Table Storage and Tracecat Tables.
• Document technical solutions and work with infrastructure, security, application and vendor teams to improve reliability, security and efficiency.

Required profile

• Hands-on experience administering identity services such as Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory and SailPoint, or comparable platforms.
• Ability to work across Windows Server and Linux environments and troubleshoot service dependencies and network connectivity.
• Practical scripting or automation skills, especially with PowerShell and Python.
• Familiarity with Azure services and automation such as Azure Automation, Logic Apps, Functions or Hybrid Workers.
• Understanding of API-based integrations; experience with Microsoft Graph or REST APIs is beneficial.
• Careful, methodical approach to access management, identity lifecycle operations, User Access Reviews and audit evidence.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills, with the ability to document findings and work with technical teams and vendors.

• Salary of $80,000-$90,000 base plus superannuation.
