Support Worker - Adult Services, Dubbo

About the role

Westhaven is recruiting experienced Support Workers for its adult services in Dubbo, NSW. The role supports adults with disabilities in their daily lives, with flexible roster options and a clear path to Team Leader positions.

Key responsibilities

• Guide daily living skills and support individual personal care
• Help clients access the community, engage socially and attend key appointments
• Complete daily case notes, incident reports and other administrative tasks
• Work flexibly across different age groups and client needs

Required profile

• Current NSW driver's licence and willingness to drive
• Valid First Aid and CPR certificate
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and a paid Working with Children Check clearance
• Willingness to consent to being listed on the Residential Care Workers Register
• Availability across a 24/7 roster, including mornings, evenings and sleepover shifts, is highly valued
• Applicants must hold valid, independent Australian working rights; visa sponsorship is not offered

What we offer

• Pay of $36.22-$39.53 per hour plus casual and shift loadings, with 12% superannuation
• Up to $15,900 per year in tax-free salary packaging and a $2,650 per year meal and entertainment card
