About the role
Leven Smash Repairs, a vehicle repair company in the Central West NSW region, is hiring two customer care representatives: one for its Dubbo workshop and one for its Mudgee workshop. The role welcomes customers, team members and external stakeholders with enthusiasm, guidance and a positive attitude, ensuring everyone receives the best possible repair experience. The company hires on its values, looking for committed, adaptable people who show respect for themselves and others.
Required profile
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Confidence learning new computer systems and programs
- Strong attention to detail and proven organisation and coordination skills
- Able to work through tasks in a busy environment, independently and/or in a team
- Ability to identify and solve problems
- Willingness to travel and work between branches if required
- Australian citizenship, permanent residency or the right to work in Australia
