Supply Chain Manager

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑minded Supply Chain leader to shape and optimise our end‑to‑end supply chain. This senior position will have a direct impact on operational excellence across a national consumer electronics business.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee demand planning, inventory optimisation, warehousing and logistics to ensure seamless product flow.
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements, cost reductions and customer‑focused initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales and Finance to build a resilient, agile supply chain that supports rapid growth.
• Lead and develop high‑performing teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading end‑to‑end supply chain operations in manufacturing, industrial, wholesale or related environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence at all organisational levels.
• Commercial acumen, analytical capability and a track record of delivering measurable operational outcomes.
• Strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach and a continuous‑improvement mindset.
