Supply Chain Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimise our end‑to‑end supply chain operations. The role will drive strategic initiatives, improve process efficiency and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across procurement, inventory, logistics and distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee procurement, sourcing, inventory, warehousing, logistics and distribution.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships, negotiate contracts and evaluate vendor performance.
• Lead demand forecasting, inventory planning and replenishment to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Monitor KPIs, identify cost‑saving opportunities and improve service levels.
• Analyse operational data to support strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Finance, Sales and Production teams.
• Design risk‑management and contingency plans to enhance supply chain resilience.
• Drive digital transformation, automation and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations and industry best practices.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards and performance analyses.
• Lead, mentor and develop the supply chain team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics or inventory management.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning, supplier management, demand forecasting and logistics operations.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or NetSuite.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and supply chain analytics.
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional certifications (CSCP, CPIM, CPSM, PMP) are a plus.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered analytics and digital supply chain technologies is advantageous.
