Summits & Events Coordinator

About the role

Liquid Learning is seeking a high‑energy Summits & Events Coordinator to own the end‑to‑end delivery of leadership summits, workshops and virtual events. Based in our Barangaroo office with a flexible hybrid model, you will travel across Australia to ensure each event runs flawlessly.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate summits, conferences and virtual events from planning through onsite execution.
• Manage venue logistics, catering, audiovisual set‑up, registrations and event materials.
• Liaise directly with senior speakers to arrange presentations and specific requirements.
• Provide premium attendee care before, during and after events, collecting feedback and supporting their learning journey.
• Track multiple deadlines, solve logistical issues on the fly and maintain calm under pressure.

Required profile

• Exceptional organisational ability with strong attention to detail.
• Polished communication skills for interacting with C‑suite executives and corporate clients.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with sound judgment and proactive problem‑solving.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly across Australia.
• Experience in events, hospitality, customer service or administration is a plus but not mandatory.
