Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

Reporting to the Inventory & Supply Chain Manager, you will own all purchasing and replenishment activities nationally, ensuring timely, accurate, and cost‑effective acquisition of stocked goods. You will also maintain master data accuracy, pricing, and purchasing governance to support reliable inventory availability.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse inventory holdings, consumption and demand across the national warehouse network.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end purchase order activity, including replenishment, urgent orders, order tracking and delivery coordination.
• Monitor stock availability, excess inventory, slow‑moving and obsolete stock.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and transaction issues.
• Maintain inventory and supply‑chain master data within Odoo.
• Coordinate demand planning and forecasting with operational stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain inventory, procurement and supply‑chain reporting.
• Work with suppliers on lead times, pricing, availability and purchase orders.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to improve inventory accuracy and cycle counting.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting and automation.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in a similar supply‑chain or inventory coordination role.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar BI tools is highly regarded.
• Strong inventory coordination and stock‑control capability.
• Interest in AI and automation in the workplace.
• Experience maintaining ERP master data.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
