Supply Chain Consultant (AI‑Native)

About the role

RELEX is looking for a Supply Chain Consultant to lead AI‑native implementations across ANZ and APAC. This hybrid role combines business and solution consulting, using AI tools to accelerate delivery for retail and manufacturing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Drive AI‑accelerated delivery using tools such as Claude and prompt engineering to produce first‑draft documentation, analysis and configuration.
• Conduct business consulting: translate customer objectives into requirements, lead workshops, analyse data and KPIs, and own the Solution Design Document.
• Own solution configuration in RELEX’s UI, ensure build quality, train customers and act as a trusted advisor.

Required profile

• 3 + years experience in supply chain or retail consulting, SaaS implementation or solution consulting.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset, curiosity about supply‑chain systems and ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel across ANZ and APAC.

Required skills

• Experience with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT and prompt engineering.
• SQL or another query language (strong plus).
