Supervisor for Mining & Heavy Industrial Projects

About the role

EnerMech is seeking experienced Supervisors to manage maintenance and shutdown projects on mining and heavy‑industrial sites in the Gladstone region. The role involves overseeing project execution, ensuring compliance, and coordinating teams and resources.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of EnerMech projects, including compliance with client procedures and preparation of plans, reports and documentation.
• Administer equipment and personnel mobilisation, supervise job preparation and execution, and liaise with clients, suppliers and service providers.
• Maintain quality, health and safety standards while leading teams of 1‑9 people.

Required profile

• Experience on mining, oil, gas or chemicals sites, managing 1‑3 teams.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Local to Gladstone with full Australian working rights.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• First Aid certification.
• Forklift licence, Elevated Work Platform licence, Working at Heights certification.
• National Construction Card and relevant industrial tickets.
