About the role

Join Saint Valentine’s fast‑growing team as a Customer Service and Dispatch Assistant. You will be the first point of contact for online shoppers, providing friendly support via email, live chat and social media while also ensuring orders are packed and dispatched accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through email, live chat and social media, responding promptly and professionally.
• Resolve enquiries related to orders, shipping, returns, exchanges and product information.
• Convert customer queries into sales by offering knowledgeable product recommendations.
• Pick, pack and dispatch online orders, maintaining Saint Valentine’s high packaging standards.
• Prioritise same‑day dispatch where possible and process shipping labels and courier documentation accurately.
• Process returns and exchanges, assessing items against quality standards.
• Support stock replenishment and maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably in retail or e‑commerce.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with a strong desire to learn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask during busy periods.
• Team player who can collaborate across different business areas.
