Key responsibilities

• Coordinate structural design and documentation for projects across Australia.
• Develop structural components using software such as Space Gass, ETABS, Microstran and Strand7.
• Review designs to ensure compliance with technical standards and client requirements.
• Produce engineering reports and support tender proposals.
• Collaborate proactively with engineers, drafters, project managers and stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes.
• Contribute to the technical success of projects and maintain client liaison alongside Project Directors and Associates.

Required profile

• Engineering qualification focused on Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an engineering design consultancy.
• Strong grounding in steel and concrete design.
• Proven experience with structural design software.
• Project‑management experience covering administrative, commercial and technical aspects.
• Solid understanding of Australian codes and standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full working rights in Australia.
