Striker - Field Sales Representative, Townsville/Cairns

About the role

Red Bull Australia is hiring a Striker (Field Sales Representative) to own the Townsville/Cairns territory. You will deliver executional excellence across corporate and independent retail and P&C accounts, ensuring maximum distribution and availability of Red Bull products in line with 'Perfect Store' standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own your territory and deliver against key targets across independent, corporate grocery and P&C accounts, building strong relationships with third-party partners
• Complete all allocated calls and visit accounts regularly, increasing distribution width and depth with existing customers and converting new leads in non-traditional channels
• Drive in-store presence, win cold-can and cashier placements, and increase share of space in-store using category insights
• Presell and execute displays during promotional periods on corporate and independent accounts

Required profile

• 2+ years of field sales experience; FMCG experience preferred
• Comfortable with regular travel, about 25% of the time including extended periods
• Good working relationships, strong selling skills (negotiation and objection handling) and commercial awareness
• Naturally organised, detail-oriented, able to work alone and in a team
• Valid full driver's licence
• Qualified to work in Australia
