Strategy & Enablement Senior Manager - TPRM

About the role

The Strategy & Enablement Senior Manager – TPRM will lead the development, execution and continuous improvement of ANZ's Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM) strategy and products. You will act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, ensuring the TPRMHub solution meets risk, compliance and usability requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver TPRM strategy and product services in line with agreed guidelines.
• Communicate and socialize the TPRM vision, roadmap and strategy to the team, business units and key stakeholders.
• Maintain mechanisms that ensure the TPRMHub product satisfies the needs of risk owners, business leaders and compliance requirements.
• Lead the management and delivery of TPRM functional performance criteria and end‑to‑end user journeys.
• Provide day‑to‑day support to the TPRM Strategy & Enablement team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in a risk‑management environment, preferably with TPRM product ownership.
• 2+ years of third‑party risk knowledge or experience in risk‑domain/procurement processes within financial services.
• Proven experience delivering continuous improvement programmes and TPRM strategy/product service delivery.
