Strategy Consultant – AI Training & Evaluation (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for experienced strategy consultants to help us translate real‑world consulting engagements into structured learning environments for advanced AI systems. The role is remote, project‑based and focuses on designing analytical scenarios and evaluation frameworks that teach AI how to reason like top‑tier consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Build realistic consulting project environments, including industry context, financials, constraints and incomplete information.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimisation, growth strategy and operational diagnosis.
• Define evaluation criteria, grading rubrics and golden‑answer solutions to train and calibrate LLM‑based assessment systems.
• Collaborate with the AI and data‑generation team to ensure scenarios are aligned with real‑world consulting dynamics.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems into analytical work‑plans.
• Experience building financial models, market analyses and synthesising findings from messy inputs.
• Track record of delivering client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines and defending them under uncertainty.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑structuring capabilities.
• Familiarity with consulting deliverables and financial modelling concepts.
