Strategic Partnerships Manager

About the role

Fever is the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, seeking a senior manager to oversee its biggest partners and their events across multiple verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage top‑tier partners and their projects (exhibitions, festivals, immersive experiences, attractions, sports) to ensure strong, long‑term relationships and growth.
• Coordinate the full lifecycle of partner events with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal and Finance to guarantee seamless execution.
• Act as a trusted advisor, understand partner objectives and deliver data‑driven strategies, KPIs and performance reports.
• Collect partner feedback and translate insights into product, marketing and operational improvements.
• Mentor and lead Project Managers, fostering a collaborative environment and supporting their professional development.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in project management or management consulting.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with a proven record of building positive relationships.
• Analytical, organized, solutions‑oriented and able to handle multiple work streams.
• Strategic thinker, curious, collaborative and willing to get hands‑dirty.
• MBA highly valued.
