Storeperson – Warehouse Operations

About the role

Rotork is seeking an experienced Storeperson to join its Hallam operations team. The role focuses on safe receipt, storage, movement and dispatch of goods while supporting workshop activities and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Safely receive, unload, inspect and store incoming goods, processing receipts and dispatches in Rotork's ERP system.
• Pick, pack and prepare products, spare parts and equipment for dispatch, ensuring proper protection during transit.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load and unload vehicles.
• Coordinate freight collections, liaise with transport providers, and maintain accurate warehouse records and stock locations.
• Support workshop teams, participate in stocktakes, and ensure required shipping documentation accompanies products.
• Maintain housekeeping standards, contribute to continuous improvement, and support HSE and quality compliance.

Required profile

• Proactive, dependable team player with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commitment to workplace safety and high customer service standards.

Required skills

• Current Forklift Licence.
• Experience using ERP or warehouse management systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
