Store Team Lead - Darwin Central

About the role

Crocs is looking for a Team Leader for its Darwin Central store. The role sits at the heart of the customer experience, combining outstanding service with key operational responsibilities such as opening and closing procedures, cash handling, store recovery standards and keeping the store business-ready every day.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the C.H.A.R.M. service model
• Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback and concerns, and demonstrate the core values of Crocs, Inc.
• Assist in all store departments: POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation and stockroom operations
• Lead by example on the sales floor, working with Store Management to meet and exceed personal and team sales goals
• Manage day-to-day team activities in your area by delegating tasks, monitoring progress and following up on time
• Serve as a brand ambassador by sharing knowledge of product collaborations, launches and brand initiatives
• Follow all Crocs policies, including asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control and compliance

Required profile

• Must be 18 years or older
• 2-3 years of retail experience; a preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles
• Flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality
• Desire to succeed in a high-growth, fast-paced retail environment
• Physical ability to move merchandise, climb ladders, lift 30 pounds or more with assistance, stand and walk for at least 8 hours per shift, and read and use computer and register screens
