About the role

Roll'd Vietnamese, a fast-casual restaurant chain serving fresh Vietnamese food since 2012, is hiring a Store Manager for its flagship location in Surfers Paradise, Queensland. The role leads a team of 20+ people in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

Recruit, train, support and mentor a high-energy team
Ensure profitability through strong customer service and sales, while managing stock and wastage
Lead daily operations and ensure compliance
Work with marketing to boost community engagement and B2B catering sales

Required profile

Previous experience as a restaurant manager in the fast food industry
Strong leadership skills and excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage budgets and understand how to drive sales
Knowledge of food safety and compliance
