Store Manager – Retail Leadership Role

About the role

Mountain Warehouse is seeking an enthusiastic Store Manager to lead its Homebush store. You will be responsible for driving sales, fostering a positive team culture, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate and develop a high‑performing team, promoting a culture of positivity, engagement and excellence.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, visual merchandising standards and health & safety requirements.
• Implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators while managing budgets and loss‑prevention processes.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, address feedback, and build strong relationships with the local community.
