Store Manager – Retail Leadership

About the role

Lead a close‑knit team in delivering ALDI’s distinctive customer experience. You will be fully responsible for day‑to‑day store operations, driving sales, and developing staff to become future leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure smooth store operations, maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
• Train, coach and conduct performance reviews for team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage inventory, minimise losses and oversee merchandising, including special buys.
• Identify and implement improvement ideas to boost efficiency and quality.
• Participate in recruitment interviews to help select new team members.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading teams in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and motivational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a goal‑oriented setting and meet or exceed targets.
• Adaptability to changing circumstances and sound decision‑making under pressure.
• Professional, fair and responsible approach that promotes a positive work environment.

• Market‑leading remuneration ranging from $111,284.99 to $146,182.40 AUD per year (including superannuation and predicted bonuses).
