About the role

Hype DC, a premium sneaker retailer, is seeking an experienced Store Manager for its Hurstville location. You will lead a high‑performance team, deliver memorable customer experiences and drive the store’s financial results.

Key responsibilities

• Create a people‑first culture by empowering, coaching and developing store team members.
• Achieve multimillion‑dollar sales targets and operational KPIs while managing cost efficiency.
• Spend ~80% of the week on the shop floor to ensure exceptional customer service and omni‑channel experience.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and roster management for the store.
• Maintain best‑in‑class visual merchandising and store safety standards.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a premium, fast‑paced retail environment with a proven record of meeting sales and KPI targets.
• Strong leadership with a “make it happen” attitude and ability to motivate a large team of brand ambassadors.
• Strategic thinker who can identify growth opportunities and drive results.
