About the role
APM Group is seeking an Industry Consultant to support its Transition to Work contract, helping young people access education, training and employment opportunities across the Sydney East Metro region.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with youth, employers and community stakeholders to create pathways into education and employment.
- Build and maintain strong local networks to attract opportunities for participants.
- Partner closely with Youth Support Workers to identify suitable pathways such as employment, education, traineeships and apprenticeships.
Required profile
- Proven sales and networking ability with a competitive, resilient outlook.
- Demonstrated relationship‑building, negotiation and conflict‑resolution skills, and a passion for changing young people’s lives.
