Appointment Setter – B2B Outbound Prospecting

About the role

RSEA Safety is seeking a full‑time Appointment Setter to join its Sydney‑based B2B team. Reporting to the Head of New Business, you will focus on outbound prospecting across Australia, qualifying leads and booking meetings for the New Business team.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective business customers nationally.
• Make outbound contact via phone, email and LinkedIn to engage owners, procurement teams and decision‑makers.
• Introduce RSEA Safety, understand current supplier arrangements and uncover workwear, PPE and safety needs.
• Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for the New Business team.
• Maintain accurate call notes, follow‑ups and appointment details in HubSpot.
• Achieve agreed activity and appointment‑setting targets.

Required profile

• Comfortable making cold calls and approaching new businesses.
• Confident speaking with decision‑makers and building rapport.
• Persistent, organised and target‑driven.
• Ability to ask relevant questions and identify genuine opportunities.

Required skills

• Experience in appointment setting, outbound sales or lead generation (advantageous).
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
• Knowledge of recruitment, industrial supplies, workwear, PPE or construction environments is beneficial.
