About the role
Lead and develop a team of retail and trade specialists in a Repco store, ensuring daily operations run smoothly while driving sales and profit.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and maintain high service standards.
- Lead, develop and coordinate a team of retail and trade specialists.
- Ensure financial targets and operational standards are met and exceeded.
- Motivate the team to reach their full potential and deliver genuine customer service.
- Promote a safety‑first culture and maintain a safe work environment.
Required profile
- Supervisory/leadership/management experience.
- Ability to motivate a team and drive results.
- Experience with dual‑format retail, wholesale or workshop operations (desirable).
- Strong focus on workplace safety.
- Valid driver’s licence.
Required skills
- Sound computer skills.
