About the role
Chargrill Charlie’s, an iconic Australian chicken brand, is seeking a Store Manager for its Elsternwick location. You will lead the restaurant team to deliver excellent customer service, maintain product quality, and uphold the brand’s reputation.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, train and schedule staff to ensure optimal coverage and performance.
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including sales, food cost, labour spend and other controllable expenses.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and product quality.
- Handle guest complaints with empathy and resolve issues promptly.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively, delegate tasks and lead by example.
- Results‑driven mindset and comfort working in a fast‑paced setting.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
