About the role
Chargrill Charlie’s is looking for a Store Manager to lead its Marrickville restaurant. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining product quality, and driving profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and motivate all restaurant team members.
- Recruit, train and develop staff to uphold the brand’s reputation.
- Manage profitability by controlling sales, food cost, labour spend and other expenses.
- Ensure consistent customer service and product quality.
Required profile
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a hospitality setting.
- Reliable, leads by example and communicates effectively.
- Empathetic when handling guest complaints.
- Understanding of the hospitality industry.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
