About the role
Chargrill Charlie's, an iconic Australian chicken and chips restaurant founded in 1989, is looking for cooks in Marrickville. As a cook you will help maintain product quality and consistency, support the Kitchen Manager and contribute to the restaurant's profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure product quality and consistency
- Support the Kitchen Manager
- Lead by example in store maintenance, policy and OH&S compliance
- Play a significant role in controlling stock levels
Required profile
- Accountable and calm under pressure
- Passionate about driving the business forward
- Understanding of the hospitality industry and previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment (extremely useful)
- Ability to communicate with colleagues and customers and to work as a team player
