About the role

The Maker Designer Kitchens division of the ABN Group, Australia's leading construction company, is looking for an experienced Stone CNC Machinist to join its team in Perth. The company has over 150 staff and describes itself as a cabinet, stone and glass manufacturer. The role suits a trade-certified Machinist or someone with suitable experience in the stone benchtop industry.

Key responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines or inline polishing machines
• Operate a gantry crane
• Carry out daily scheduled operator maintenance
• Maintain workflow priorities to meet production schedules
• Conduct quality checks to ensure precision and finish standards
• Follow all safety protocols and help keep the workplace safe
• Work well with team members and communicate effectively
