Splunk Technical Leader, Customer Success

About the role

As a Splunk Technical Leader in Customer Success, you will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers and internal teams on optimal use of the Splunk platform. You will deliver strategic consulting, onboarding workshops, and health reviews to ensure customers achieve maximum value from their Splunk investments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding enablement workshops, health reviews, and security use‑case activation for enterprise customers.
• Provide up to 90 days of case‑based technical consulting on Splunk Enterprise Security, UBA/UEBA, and SOAR implementations.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success Executives, and Technical Success Engineers to drive value realization and adoption.
• Identify and remediate technical risks, especially for accounts approaching renewal.

Required profile

• Positive Vetting (PV) clearance, NV1 or NV2.
• Deep expertise in Splunk Enterprise Security configuration, assets, threat intelligence, and risk‑based analytics.
• Strong knowledge of data onboarding, Common Information Model (CIM), and SPL rule development.
• Experience in cybersecurity operations, threat hunting, and compliance frameworks (NIST CSF, CIS, HIPAA, PCI DSS).

Required skills

• Splunk Enterprise Security, Splunk Core, Splunk Cloud, SOAR.
• Search Processing Language (SPL) and CIM.
• Scripting (bash) and programming (Java, Python.NET).
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud migration projects.
• Security certifications such as GIAC, CISSP, OSCP (preferred).
