Speech Pathologist – Springwood

About the role

Better Rehab is seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist to join its clinician‑led team in Springwood. You will deliver assessments and therapy across home, clinic and community settings, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to create client‑focused solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for a diverse caseload.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinicians to design innovative, client‑centred interventions.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and monitor progress to ensure meaningful outcomes.

Required profile

• Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status.
• Valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle.
• Eligibility for NDIS Worker Check, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Willingness to work across a range of practice areas and age groups.

Required skills

• Proficiency with dysphagia assessment tools.
• Experience using Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) equipment.
