About the role

Join a clinician‑led team delivering speech pathology services across home, clinic and community settings in Springwood. You will conduct assessments, design therapy plans and see the impact of your work daily.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive assessments and create individualized therapy plans for a diverse caseload.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinicians to develop innovative, client‑focused solutions.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and families, providing ongoing support and progress monitoring.

Required profile

• Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status.
• Driver’s licence and personal vehicle for client travel.
• Current NDIS Worker Check, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

Required skills

• Proficiency with AAC (augmentative and alternative communication) equipment.
• Experience using dysphagia assessment kits.
