Speech Pathologist

About the role

Better Rehab is seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist to join its clinician‑led team in Robina. You will deliver assessments and therapy across home, clinic and community settings, working with a multidisciplinary team to achieve meaningful client outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and develop tailored therapy plans for a diverse caseload.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinicians to create innovative, client‑focused solutions.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and monitor progress to ensure real‑world impact.

Required profile

• Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status.
• Valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle for client travel.
• Eligibility for NDIS Worker Check, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

Required skills

• Proficiency with dysphagia assessment tools and AAC equipment.
• Ability to use digital devices (laptop, phone, iPad) and a range of assessment and therapy resources.
