About the role

Real Therapy Solutions, part of the MedHealth Group, offers a 12-month structured Graduate Program for soon-to-be graduating Speech Pathologists based in Penrith. The program is designed to give new graduates a strong foundation before working independently, with a reduced caseload for the first four months and support from experienced clinicians.

Key responsibilities

• Complete 12 weeks of intensive induction training, then work with a reduced caseload for the first four months
• Develop clinical reasoning and confidence under the guidance of experienced clinicians
• Take part in weekly 1:1 clinical supervision for the first six months, followed by fortnightly sessions
• Work with a dedicated buddy throughout the program and attend regular coaching sessions with clinic mentors
• Observe clinicians across multiple disciplines and use the MedHealth Academy for further learning

Required profile

• Soon-to-be graduating Speech Pathologist, SPA registered or eligible upon graduation
• Licensed driver with their own vehicle
• Empathetic, curious and eager to learn, passionate about helping people communicate and connect
